Principles of Performance Within my first week as a class we discussed what requirements are important when becoming actors or studying acting: Observation Awareness This is a crucial skill whilst acting as a performer you should always be aware whilst performing, whether this is spacial, vocal or overall awareness. Confidence Confidence is a good trait for a performer, in order to continue your journey as an actor. You'll need to stand in front of your audience.
